Added carbon layer helps filter out nuisance levels of ozone and organic vapors. (Note: Nuisance levels refer to concentrations less than the OSHA PEL).
Moldex has added flame-retardants to decrease flammability of the shell. Soft foam nose flange has been added for additional comfort.
Certified under NIOSH 42CFR 84 to have a filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against particulate aerosols free of oil.
The Moldex 2400N95 can be used against most welding fumes that are free of oil. The respirator fits easily and comfortably under a welding helmet.
