Lakeland’s DextraGard gloves are for applications that are routinely exposed to extremely sharp blades and edges. DextraGard gloves fiber surface lets the sharp cutting edges roll over the surface of the glove, preventing serious injury.
Both industrial mfg. and food processors prefer DextraGard gloves for being rugged and highly resistant to cuts, as well as being soft and comfortable. DextraGard reduces hand fatigue that often accompanies repetitive gripping and flexing.
DextraGard gloves are washable and chemically inert, so they can easily be disinfected with bleach or other strong alkaline solution.
Applications include: Food processing, meat processing, wire & cable, glass, automotive and metal processing.
DextraGard gloves are available in a heavyweight and lightweight. The lightweight material is often used as a liner under other gloves.
