Statistical Quality Control Program
Vectra® Alpha® 10’s unique overall construction makes it our lowest particulating wiper. Knitted from 100% continuous filament high denier polyester,Vectra® Alpha® 10 is constructed in a double-knit, no-run interlock pattern. Using ITW Texwipe’s sealed-border technology, all four edges of the wiper are thermally sealed to prevent release of fiber and particulates. The border seal provides a protective margin around the body of the wiper, preventing fiber shedding and preserving the integrity of the wiper during use. ITW Texwipe’s Vectra Process provides the most detailed level of traceability, statistical process control and machine vision for 100% inspection without human error.
