ITW Texwipe’s solvent-processed CleanFoam® swabs are the cleanest foam swabs available. They feature very low levels of nonvolatile residue (NVR) and particle generation. CleanFoam® swabs are constructed of 100 ppi (pores per inch) open-cell polyurethane foam for superior solvent capacity and contamination capture.
CleanFoam® heads are thermally molded onto polypropylene handles without using any adhesives. The CleanFoam® series has good chemical resistance and is compatible with a wide range of cleaning solutions. The wide variety of CleanFoam® swabs provide many choices for applications requiring a soft, sorbent and economical swab.
